No, RDVHUB is an independent service that is neither affiliated with nor a partner of the prefectures. We only offer an alert service that monitors appointment availability on the official prefecture websites. RDVHUB cannot book appointments on your behalf.
Our service covers all prefectures in metropolitan France and overseas departments. You can select any French department on our homepage.
Service and Pricing
The rdvhub alert service costs €9.9 as a one-time payment, with no subscription.
We need to pay for servers and various service providers to ensure continuous service availability.
Your alert remains active for 30 days from the activation date. If you get an appointment before this period ends, the service stops automatically.
Given the immediate nature of the service, the right of withdrawal is not applicable in accordance with current legislation. However, we offer a refund in specific cases, particularly if you didn't receive any alerts while appointments were available. For any refund request, please contact us via our online form.
Use and Technical Questions
Alerts are sent simultaneously by SMS and email. It is therefore essential to provide valid contact details when registering. The SMS contains a direct link to the prefecture website to book your appointment.
If you haven't received an alert, several reasons are possible:
- No appointment is available yet
- Your contact details (email/phone) are incorrect
- Messages are in your spam folder (check your spam folder)
If the problem persists, contact us via our online form.
When you receive an alert, you must act quickly as slots fill up very fast. Follow the link in the SMS or email, then:
- Log in to the prefecture website
- Follow the instructions to book your appointment
- Complete all the requested information
- Confirm your appointment
Of course! If you miss the first alert, we will send you more notifications as soon as a slot becomes available, so you always have a chance to book an appointment.

RDVHUB cannot guarantee obtaining an appointment, as it depends on slot availability and how quickly you book after receiving the alert. Our service informs you of availability in real-time, but the actual booking of the appointment remains your responsibility.
