What documents are needed for Demande admission exceptionnelle au séjour au titre du travail - art. L.435-1 et L.435-4 du CESEDA at the Préfecture de la Charente-Maritime ?

List of documents to present on the day of the appointment:

  • Passport
  • Justificatif de domicile datant de moins de 6 mois ou, si vous êtes hébergé(e), attestation d’hébergement datée et signée et carte d’identité ou carte de séjour de votre hébergeant;
  • 3 photos d’identité;
  • Full copy of your birth certificate (only for renewals of resident card and EU long-term resident card as well as persons in irregular situation applying for a residence permit for the first time).
  • Pour les personnes malades : justificatifs permettant d’apprécier la durée de votre résidence habituelle en France depuis au moins 1 an (visa d’entrée, démarches administratives, relevés bancaires, etc.).
  • Pour les demandes de carte de résident :Diplôme ou certification permettant d’attester de la maîtrise du français de niveau A2 (sauf personnes de plus de 65 ans);
